Because each aspect of a capital project impacts on the other aspects, Capital Incubator offers organizations an integrated approach to facilities development. With an emphasis on financing issues, Capital Incubator provides services that address all project activities – planning, working with collaborative partners, real estate options, design and construction, short- and long-debt term financing, capital campaign design and implementation, and start-up. Capital Incubator supports and guides nonprofit organizations to the successful completion of facilities development projects, while maximizing planning to ensure organizational readiness to take on growth, and leveraging all aspects of the project to build organizational capacity for long-term sustainability.
