CAPH members comprise the core group of health care providers that make up the state's medical safety net. Operating in 16 counties, they assist in meeting the counties' legal mandate to provide health care to indigent residents. These providers share a mission to ensure access to a full spectrum of health care services to all persons, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
